Abstract

We described a spontaneous pseudoaneurysm of left external jugular vein relating to lymph nodes compression. It is rare and misdiagnosis may lead to a worsened prognosis. It is important for physinians to be aware of the possible causes, and to choose appropriate ways in diagnosis.
